HOW TO ORDER : Your online
security is of great importance to us. We are committed to utilizing

Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, Paypal. With PayPal, you
can make the payment by using your credit card, or via Instant (bank
account) Transfer or eCheck. We are committed to utilizing the best
commercially available technology and procedures to protect the
security of your online transactions. The payment gateway automatically
encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer
using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key
length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). For your
protection, it is our policy to only ship to the billing address on
your credit card or the confirmed address of your PayPal account (We
only accept single payments from single PayPal accounts.) If you want
to ship to a different address, bank wire transfer is also the fastest
and easiest method of payment. Payment by bank wire transfer will allow
shipment to any address specified.
We also accept money order, cashiers check and bank wire transfer. If
you want to pay by money order, cashiers check or bank wire transfer,
please send an email to order@Auto-Parts-Avenue.com before placing your
order. Thanks. Please do not mail cash. Money orders or checks may
require three weeks or more to clear before order will be processed.
Money order and check purchases will not be shipped until check has
cleared. There is a $20.00 fee (USD) on returned checks. Sorry NO CODs.
Bank wire transfer is another fastest and easiest method of payment. If
you want to pay via bank wire transfer, you must supply us with routing
number, account number, bank name and address, and authorize withdrawal
in the amount agreed upon prior to shipment. The merchandise will be
shipped when the payment is received.
SHIPPING POLICY: We understand your urgency in needing your order so it is our priority to get it to you in a very timely manner. We ship to
the following states in the US by the most economic means including
FedEx, UPS, USPS and other freight carriers: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona,
Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida,
Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky,
Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota,
Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New
Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio,
Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South
Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington,
Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. If you are located in
APOs, Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere outside of the U.S., please send an

Our standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states is UPS Standard
Ground or 3 Day Air for most items. If you need your item faster (2nd
Day Air or Next Day Air), please send an email to
order@Auto-Parts-Avenue.com before placing your order. UPS does
not ship to Post Office boxes, nor to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize
for this, but this is their policy and it is not in our power to change
it. For more information on UPS, please visit www.ups.com
If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. Territory, or outside the
U.S., US Postal Service Express Mail (1 to 2 days to most areas) or US
Postal Service Priority Mail (2 to 4 days to most areas) is available
upon request by sending an email to order@Auto-Parts-Avenue.com for a
shipping cost estimate before placing your order. We will examine the
feasibility of shipping to that location. Please note that items that
are shipped USPS may experience a 24 to 48 hour delay in shipping. We
also ship internationally via FedEx and UPS.
For your protection, it is our policy to only ship to the billing
address on your credit card or the confirmed address of your PayPal
account (We only accept single payments from single PayPal accounts.)
If you want to ship to a different address, bank wire transfer is also
the fastest and easiest method of payment. Payment by bank wire
transfer will allow shipment to any address specified.
Electronics and ECUs will not be shipped outside the US and US
protectorates and will not be shipped to Puerto Rico or APO/AFO
addresses.
Signature upon delivery is required for any order totaling more than
$250.
In some instances ordered items will be temporarily out of stock and
will have to be re-ordered. In this case you will be contacted.
SHORTAGES: Shortages must be
reported within 24 hours of receiving goods. If there is a shortage,
please send an email to order@Auto-Parts-Avenue.com so we can deal with
it promptly. If the package appears to have been opened and re-sealed,
please check for shortages or damage. If there is, please call the
shipping company (Post Office, Federal Express, UPS, etc). Regardless,
you must hold all contents (shipping materials included) and cartons
for inspection.
DAMAGED GOODS: Please always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages.
Damaged goods
must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Our shipping representives are absolute professionals in correctly packaging orders
and have done everything possible to properly package your shipment.
We, however, do not have any control over the handling of the
merchandise of the carrier. All products are shipped using
carrier-approved materials and methods. All merchandise is also
carefully packed to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless,
damage may occur in transit. Any damage in shipment is the
responsibility of the carrier. Therefore all damage claims must be made
by the buyer directly to the carrier and are subjective to the
liability clause of the carrier. All products shipped by us are
insured. In case of damage, retain all cartons, packing materials and
damaged merchandise for the representative of the carrier to inspect.
If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note
the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing)
on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If the
damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival, then it must be
reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt
of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages.
After inspecting the damaged merchandise, the carrier will
determine whether to pay for repair costs or replacement value of the
damaged goods. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount which can be
negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes
as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the
carrier. Our company shall under no circumstances be liable for the
damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the
carrier. However, as a courtesy, if you need assistance with a claim,
we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with
the carrier.
RETURN POLICY: We offer the
highest quality merchandise available. Your complete satisfaction is
our number one priority. If for any reason you are not happy with
the order you receive, please contact us and we will do our best to
help you. For fastest service and your shopping convenience, some
products that we offer are conveniently shipped directly from the
manufacturers to our customers. Please understand that in this case, we
have to order immediately with the manufacturer once we received your
confirmation of order, and that we are also subjected to their return
policy/non-cancellation rules. All cancelled orders and authorized
returns are subject to 25% restocking and handling charge or $25.00 USD
(whichever is great) upon our inspection regardless of condition.
All returns must be authorized and approved by Auto-Parts-Avenue.com.

Authorization to return any and all products (excluding all aerodynamic
products) and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained by
the buyer from Auto-Parts-Avenue.com in advance and must by made within
ten (10) days of receiving the product for a prompt credit or exchange
(excluding postage and handling). For all aerodynamic products
including but not limited to body kits, front bumpers, sides skirts,
rear bumpers, hoods, fenders etc, authorization to return any and all
products and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained by
the buyer from Auto-Parts-Avenue.com in advance and must by made within
three (3) days of receiving the product for a prompt credit or exchange
(excluding postage and handling). We offer store credit and
exchange for all authorized returns. All cancelled orders and
authorized returns are subject to 25% restocking and handling charge or
$25.00 USD (whichever is great) upon our inspection regardless of
condition. All returns must be authorized and approved by
Auto-Parts-Avenue.com. Returns will be refused without a Return
Authorization Number. Any unauthorized returns will not be
accepted. All returns must be shipped back to the original
shipping address within 2 business days of obtaining the Return
Authorization Number and they must be in unused and unaltered condition
with original packaging (or better packaging), and with copies of all
paperwork . For your protection it is recommended that the
returned package(s) are insured and that a tracking reference and proof
of delivery is obtainable for the shipment. buyer must bear cost
of shipping on any return regardless of the problem unless as a result
of our error. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return
is a result of our error. All freight must be pre-paid, we will
not accept merchandise returned COD. No parts should be returned
without a copy of the invoice. We do not accept returns on any
electrical, special orders, books, installed or altered parts.
Electrical parts includes gauges, meters, light bulbs, ecu and any
other electrical items.
All goods shall be considered DELIVERED to the buyer when they are
placed in the hands of the carrier and consigned to the buyer. All
claims of loss, damage or destruction must be made by the buyer to the
carrier.
WARRANTY/LIABILITY: All
merchandise sold by Auto-Parts-Avenue.com is only subject to the
warranty and conditions of the manufacturer, if any, and is subject to
submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair,
or replacement of merchandise. If warranty is offered by the
manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the
product. Customer will also be responsible for all shipping
costs: the return to Auto-Parts-Avenue.com, the shipping to the
manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer. No warranty on
light bulbs and electrical components and are sold AS IS and may not be
returned. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused
by the abuse, negligence, or mishandling of the user. No labor or
inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.
Auto-Parts-Avenue.com highly recommends that you always keep your stock
parts for as long as you have your vehicle. Therefore,
Auto-Parts-Avenue.com is not responsible if your car is inoperable due
to sending us the part for warranty claim. All return products must
have a Return Authorization Number # (RAN#) issued by
Auto-Parts-Avenue.com. Returns will be refused without an RAN
number. Merchandise is warranted against defects of material and
workmanship under normal use and service when properly installed.
Some rebuilt parts and used parts are also covered by a Specific
Warranty. The Specific Warranty info of these parts are listed in the
product info page of these products. Should any problem arise
which appears to be the fault of the product, please contact us
immediately and a Return Authorization will be issued for inspection of
the product. Whenever, in the sole opinion of Auto-Parts-Avenue.com, an
adjustment should be made, we will do so. This does not include costs
incurred for shop labor, towing, lodging and any other consequential
cost or damage. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any warranties
expressed or implied.
Some parts sold by us are intended for off-road or show use only,
please check state and local laws on some products. We are not liable
for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict
regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products
are not approved for street/highway use. Federal and many state
laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any
device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a
vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the
owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void
the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. User/buyer assumes all
costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts. It is the
responsibility of the user/buyer to know their local City and State
Laws.
